This is a working draft for the pilot phase. The final version will be reviewed by Saudi counsel before public launch.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first charge. If Sina does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair: if you experienced a significant service outage or billing error, we will make it right.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 90 days after the charge date.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Price Changes

If we change subscription prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your existing rate is honored until you change plans or the new rate takes effect after the notice period.
