Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

This is a working draft for the pilot phase. The final version will be reviewed by Saudi counsel before public launch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sina Clinical, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sina is a clinical documentation aid — not a diagnostic device, not a substitute for clinical judgment, and not a medical advice service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be a licensed physician or healthcare professional in good standing in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are no longer operated by the original registrant.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Sina to draft clinical notes, interpret ECGs as decision support, and search medical literature. You may not:

  • Use Sina for direct patient diagnosis without your own clinical verification.
  • Share your account credentials with non-licensed individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate abuse of the service.
  • Use Sina output as the sole basis for clinical decisions without review.

4. Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient data and clinical notes you create. Sina does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Sina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all clinical output before it reaches a patient record.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StethoLink's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Sina shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
